Privacy

mouse.party shows live cursors ("bubs") to the people visiting a website that embeds it. We try to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• When you sign up: your email address and the domain you want bubs on. We use the email only to verify you and send setup instructions.
• From visitors of sites using mouse.party: a cursor position (sent live to the other people in the same room and not stored), and an IP address plus approximate country — used to render an optional flag, rate-limit, and block abuse.

What we don't do

No ad tracking, no analytics cookies, and we don't sell your data. Cursor activity is relayed between visitors in real time and is not written to disk.

Service providers

We rely on Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, and country lookup), Resend (verification email), and flagcdn.com (flag images). Your data passes through these to make the service work.

If you embed mouse.party

You're responsible for telling your own visitors that their cursor and approximate location may be shown to others on your site, as your local laws require.

Deletion & contact

Email will meyers to delete your account or ask anything about your data.
