The service

mouse.party is provided as-is, with no warranty. It may change or go down at any time. It's a small project, not a guaranteed-uptime product.

Acceptable use

• Only add it to sites you control.
• Don't use it for anything illegal, abusive, or to harass people.
• Don't try to overload, scrape, or break the service. Your token is bound to your domain and a connection limit.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your site and for letting your visitors know their cursor and approximate location may be visible to others (see the privacy page).

Termination

We may revoke a token or block access for abuse or to protect the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, mouse.party and its maker are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
